Words Without Works
James 2:14-17
We’ve all heard the phrase, “Actions speak louder than words.” Well, it’s biblical!! In the context of this passage, it speaks of professing faith but not living faithfully. My prayer is that we are people of FAITH! Say little, do much.
1. Words without works are worthless. – v. 14
2. Words will not save you. – v. 14
3. Words without works are not helpful. – vv. 15-16
4. Words without works are degrading. – vv. 15-16
5. Words without works are dead. – v. 17
Think about your words compared to your works. How well do they match up?
